OWRC Summer Camp 2025
 
Camp is Friday 1st August – Sunday 4th August with arrivals on Thursday 31st July
Full Payment is due by 20th July please 
£400 inclusive of stabling, food, tuition and entertainment.

Arrivals
Arrivals from Thursday 3pm (unless you have arranged otherwise with Lee, additional charge £25/night for early arrivals). Camp briefing at approx 7.30pm on Thursday evening in the cafe. 
The cafe and bar will be open from around 3pm Thursday serving snacks and evening meals (tbc). 
Teaching starts Friday morning and ends Sunday afternoon 
 
Stabling
Outdoor stables will have 2 slices of straw in them on arrival, indoor stables will have 1 bale of shavings, hay is not included (Please let us know if you have different needs for bedding etc).
Additional shavings/straw and hay can be purchased and paid for through the bar, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please remember to bring your mucking out gear including wheelbarrow/skip. There will be muck heaps near your stables. Please dispose of manure in appropriate areas. If you are bringing a dog with you, please keep them on a lead and clean up after them. No exceptions to this rule. 
If you require additional stabling (prior to Thursday or Sunday night onwards, please contact Lee directly). 
Stable plans will be posted on the blocks. 
Catering Arrangements:
Thursday meals  tbc – not included in camp price. 
Friday/Sat/Sun – Breakfast continental buffet style served in the café 7am-9am
Friday/Sat/Sun – Lunch buffet style served in the café 12-2pm
Friday/Sat – Evening meal served in the café from 5pm
We may be taking pre-orders for evening meals, I will confirm this asap once I have spoken to the chef. If you have any allergies, please indicate these on the booking form so our kitchen is able to cater for you accordingly. 
 
Additional spectator/food tickets 
Additional spectator/food tickets (Friday- Sunday) to include all meals and entertainment are £100 per adult, £75 for under 16’s.
Saturday night only tickets including food and entertainment are £25 per person. 
All guests are welcome, please feel free to bring friends or family to the event. If you would like to bring additional people, please let us know asap and pay for their ticket so we can plan numbers for catering. We may not be able to accommodate additional people on the day. 
Oakridge is a licensed premises, the bar will be open for the duration, please do not bring your own alcohol into the premises as this contravenes our licence.

Bar Tabs are available for Camp. Please see a member of staff behind the bar to arrange.
